Care for veterans and their families is a core part of why we exist.
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) claims and appeals process can be difficult to navigate
and so a large part of this is helping veterans navigate this process.
We work to provide further support for veterans through the Sub-Branch and RSL Qld.
If you need advice to complete a DVA claim or require more comprehensive support with a claim or appeal,
our qualified DVA Advocates can help you.

RSL ServicesOur wellbeing services are designed to enhance the overall quality of life for veterans and their families.
In addition to advocacy support we run our Veteran's Pantry program that provides donated groceries to veterans and their families for a gold coin donation. This is available at our Wednesday morning tea and Friday night drinks member events. We can also help you access a variety of services tailored to your needs directly and through RSL Queensland and other organisations. If you’ve ever served in the Australian Defence Force, RSL Queensland has got your back – and your loved ones’, too. Through a state-wide network of sub-branches, RSL Qld is there to make all veteran families in Queensland feel supported and connected. Whether you’re seeking employment after transition, need a hand with finances or DVA claims, or want to connect, RSL Qld is there to help.
